At Flinders Hack & Pony Club & Flinders Horse Sports Inc., we offer equestrian activities for all ages and abilities.  The Flinders Hack and Pony Club Inc., has 4 qualified instructors whose diverse interests cater to all types of riding. One up and coming instructor, Jean Read, has just been chosen to represent Australia in England for the Australian Riding Pony Association for Dressage.  Congratulations to Jean.  The Flinders Hack and Pony Club Inc., covers many disciplines of riding including Show Jumping, Jumping Equitation,  Dressage, Flat Work, Combined Training, One Day Eventing, Mounted Games, Campdrafting. PoloCrosse, Sporting and Gymhana.  Flinders Hack and Pony Club Inc., is a member of the Zone 23 group of Pony Club's which includes Flinders, Hughenden, Richmond and Winton Pony Clubs.  The four clubs within Zone 23 share competitions and schools with visiting expert instructors in our region which allow our geographically isolated riders to experience the same expertese as our city counter parts.    

The Flinders Hore Sports offers a more relaxed and fun atmosphere for the whole family.  Family members can come along in jeans and western saddles to compete and practise all forms of riding including Sporting, Gymkhana, Western, Roping, Cutting and much more.  

Both the Flinders Hack and Pony Club Inc and the Flinders Horse Sports Inc., conduct their rallies at the Racecourse Reserve, Winton Road, Hughenden.  Details of practise days, events, schools or rallies are advertised in the local weekly newsletter 'the whisper' which can be viewed at www.hughenden.com
